sparkling Brit-funk inflected soul stomper, complete with their signature punchy horns,
kicking bass and thumping drums. Backed by tightly threaded instrumentation, the band's
lead singer/guitarist Geoff Lai tells a familiar story of breaking free from a fiery, tempestuous
relationship. Geoff delivers his gold standard vocal with maximum raw emotion. The chorus
features a 'gospel style' call and response melody so hooky that after one listen it'll surely be
